Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in the quality of the products we sell and offering great customer service is our top priority.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the guidelines detailed below and we will be happy to help you to return your purchase.

15% restocking fees applies to all returns including refused shipment. Any item that has appears to have been used cannot be resold. All returns will be credited to purchaser's account less the initial shipping fee and the 15% restocking fee.

The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping fees. ALL PRODUCTS MUST BE INSPECTED AND ANY DISCREPANCIES MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 6 WORKING DAYS. NO RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS. If any product is received broken, a damage report must be called to the shipping service.

All damaged boxes and packaging must be kept until the shipping service inspects the damage(if not possible, take photos). A claim must be filed and a new product will be sent. To initiate a return, contact Chad at
